Summer passes leaving me challenged to examine myself in every possible way. Soon my own culture will slip from beneath my feet and I will have even more to discover of my character and the God who designed it all.
4 months in Europe. Even with a camera for my eye and a pen for my mind I feel incapable of capturing the trip in its entirety, yet I will do the best I can.
My traveling group, Academic Programs International, encouraged the members to ask themselves why they chose to study abroad and what their goals are for the trip. The question has been exciting me daily and making my departure seem too far in the distance. I am looking forward to the time I will have to experience life as well as reflect on life itself. I want to understand truths that extend cultural influences and this opportunity will give me some comparison towards that discovery.
So here I go, deep into what I do not know.
